PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER AND SPAM FILTERS. We highly recommend that you add the

We always recommend that you do NOT use throwaway accounts when ordering from us as the likelihood
of mail not getting delivered increases. You should use the email address which your Internet Service Provider has assigned.
If you have not received an order confirmation, it could also be that the order was not completed. The last step in the order process is to
click on the "confirm order" button.

- If you require expedited shipping you can note this in the comments section
during the checkout process. Prior to ordering you should contact us using the form below
- please include product model and description along with your zip code, and the date
you need the product delivered by. We will get back to you as quickly as possible

- If you prefer not to order online because you are reluctant to send credit card information over the internet,
you can use 4111111111111111 as your credit card number to submit your order. We will then contact you by phone
for the actual number.

PRODUCT SEARCHES
- Product searches can be done using a keyword search, (up and to your right) - it is fast, effective
and easy. Complete or partial model numbers or descriptions can be used to to narrow your search. Please note that our model numbers are typically based on the manufacturers' numbers, LESS spaces, dashes,
or other non-alphanumeric characters.
IF YOU NEED MORE DETAILED PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Please check out the links to the manufacturers' websites located on the upper-right hand side of each page of the product listing. We also have
provided links for information on many individual products located at the bottom of each page of product information.
CUSTOMER RECEIPTS AND REBATE FORMS
- Receipts and rebate forms are available by logging
on to your account after we have processed your payment. The email you used
when placing your order is your username or login ID, and your password was
gernerated automatically for you during your first checkout with us and delivered
to your email address. You can always retrieve a new password by clicking on the
Password Forgotten link from the account page and entering in your email address.
Your new password will be generated and sent to you immediately. It is highly recommended that
you change this password and store the new one in a secure location for future reference.
For Polaris rebates, please use the ClubP number sent to you in your order confirmation.
Please note that rebates are paid by the manufacturer and not by Discount Pool and Spa Supplies.
